On a chilly morning in New York City, my daughter and I set out with a simple mission—offering warmth and kindness, one sandwich at a time. Armed with fresh bread, deli meat, and a stack of brown paper bags, we transformed our kitchen into a small but mighty assembly line. As we spread peanut butter and packed each sandwich with care, I watched my daughter’s tiny hands work diligently, her eyes bright with purpose.

With a bag full of neatly wrapped sandwiches, we stepped onto the busy streets. The city, in all its grandeur, often overlooks those in need, but we refused to let them be invisible today.
